service business. Knowledge of the local market, including relationship
with suppliers. Ability to grow the concept into a nationally/provincially
recognized brand. Clear strategic plan. Experience in winning customer
loyalty.
Access to Prime Real Estate (Retail)
Knowledge of local property markets to advise on retail
sites. Access to prime retail locations
Access to Funds
Ability to bring in funds further expansion in order to
roll-out on a national/area level.
